Getting Started with Your OMEE Digital Client Account

A quick guide to creating your account, ordering services, and managing your hosting.

1. Creating Your Account

Before you can order a hosting plan or manage services, you'll need a client account. If you order a plan directly from our store, an account is created automatically as part of checkout — you'll set your password during that process.

To create an account manually ahead of time:

  • Click Account in the top-right corner of the client portal.
  • Select Register.
  • Fill in your name, email address, and a password.
  • Click Submit.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your account is created.

2. Logging In

Go to the client portal and click Login in the top-right corner. Enter the email address and password you used to register. If you've forgotten your password, click the password reset link on the login form and follow the emailed instructions to set a new one.

3. Placing an Order

Browse to the hosting plan you're interested in (Canada, US, or Kenya pricing shows automatically based on which site you're ordering from). Click Order Now on the plan you want, choose your billing cycle (monthly, annually, etc.), and complete the checkout form. If you need a domain name as part of your order, you can add or register one during the same checkout.

Once your order and payment are confirmed, your service is set up and you'll receive a welcome email with your hosting login details.

4. Your Client Area Dashboard

After logging in, your Client Area is your home base. From here you can:

  • View and manage your active hosting services and domains
  • View, download, and pay invoices
  • Open and track support tickets
  • Update your contact details and payment methods
  • Add additional users to your account with their own logins, if needed

5. Managing Your Services

Under Services in your Client Area, you'll see each hosting plan you've purchased along with its status (active, suspended, etc.), renewal date, and price. Click into a service to view its details, upgrade/downgrade the plan, or request cancellation.

6. Paying Invoices

Invoices for new orders and renewals appear under Billing in your Client Area. You can pay an invoice directly online using your saved payment method, or add a new one during checkout. We'll also email you when a new invoice is generated and again as the due date approaches.

7. Registering or Managing a Domain

You can register a new domain or transfer an existing one from your Client Area under Domains. For transfers, you'll need the EPP/Authorization code from your current registrar. Once registered, your domain's DNS, nameservers, and renewal settings can all be managed from the same Domains section.

8. Getting Support

If you run into any issues, open a support ticket rather than emailing directly — this keeps a record tied to your account and gets you routed to the right team faster.

  • Click Submit Ticket (or Support in your Client Area menu).
  • Choose the relevant department (e.g. Billing, Technical Support).
  • Describe your issue with as much detail as possible.
  • You'll get an email reply, and can view/reply to the ticket anytime from your Client Area.

9. Quick FAQ

I forgot my password — what do I do?
Click the password reset link on the login page and follow the emailed instructions.

Can I change my billing cycle after I've ordered?
Yes — open a support ticket under Billing and we'll help adjust it for your next renewal.

Why is my price shown in a different currency than expected?
Pricing is set automatically based on the site/link you order from (Canada = CAD, US = USD, Kenya = KES). If it looks wrong, let us know via a support ticket and we'll correct it.
